Metosol 512 is a water soluble high-performance
product with specially developed high pressure
additives for extreme performance producing
unique tenacity of the oil film. These properties
permit excellent results for extreme cutting
and forming operations - equally for operations
where up to now straight oils had to be used.
It operates with great success in turning, cutting, boring, thread cutting, gear-cutting, sawing, blanking, reaming, broaching, deep drawing, tube bending etc of chrome-nickel alloys, high speed steel, titanium, inconel, hastalloy and nimonic applications.

METOSOL 2000 CF

Biostable water miscible cutting fluid and coolant
Metosol 2000 CF is an entirely new formulation
and biostable, even at very low concentration in water. Due to the high percentage of lubricant
and its anti-rust additives this product can be
used as a universal cutting and grinding
fluid and coolant. Its multifunctional application ranges from all grinding, including creep-feed grinding to medium machining operations. The machining of non-ferrous material is equally
possible without fear of staining. Metosol 2000 CF
is environmentally acceptable, harmless to the operators' skin and mucous membranes, economical and easy to dispose of - if necessary.
